know I missed photo of the day already. Work has finally resumed after a very long Easter break, and that always means less time. Boo to that! But life goes on haha... so I guess that means 2 photos today? :P 
 
Photo #1: I NEED this stuff to survive the insanity that lives in our office every single day. No coffee? No Jenny. And I mean that in the functioning sense. I LITERALLY almost comatosed without this black elixir. Ask anyone that works with me. They will vouch :) 
 

Photo #2: And I thought I was the creative half in our marriage. Apparently not! :) Just some funny artwork created by my hubby one lazy sunday morning :P

Thoroughly enjoying the sounds of Christy Nockels, as I slowly work through edits and photos today. She is the lead singer of one of my favourite Christian bands called Watermark, and I just accidentally stumbled upon this solo album of hers recently as I was sifting through iTunes for new music to listen to. Wow. What incredible music. I won't say much more except do check her out. She is TOTALLY worth the 3 minutes to preview her entire collection called "Into the Glorious". I love every single track, and that's a rare occurrence with music I find these days :)

fter being sick for a week, I finally have enough of my brain working to slowly get back into editing. Just about finished this set, and I couldn't help but share this frame :) Hope it warms your screens as we head into the cooler Autumn months here in Australia!

ope you all had a wonderful Easter everyone! Not just OD-ing on chocolate eggs and bunnies, but also remembering the meaning behind this special occasion :) I'm SO beyond thankful for Easter and the reminding message that Jesus brings on the cross of forgiveness, underserved and unconditional love. "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" [Romans 5:8] Thank you God for loving us even though we did not deserve it. Alot of people often go through life not knowing love, or ever experiencing it in its deepest and purest form. I hope for those of you who are looking, or still feeling empty, unsatisfied or hollow, to turn your eyes to Jesus and the cross. It changed my life completely 12 years ago.

Photo #2/365. Today's photo was shot during my church's easter sunday service. A certain word really stood out, in more ways that one that day :)

know the 'personal' posts have been severely lacking over the last couple of years... considering I used to be a heavy blogger in my blogspot days, I'll be the first to say 'shame on you Jenny!!', but I hope to change that. It's just that the last 2 years or so have been SO insanely busy, I tend to spend all my spare time (and more than I can afford in some instances), needing severe sleep and/or quenching my thirst for quality time with my hubby, family and friends.  
 
Anyhow, I had this radical (ok, not so radical since this idea has been played out and done over and over...BUT I've been inspired by Mr Danny Bligh of late with his quiet but deep photos of his daily life..) idea to start documenting my life on a daily basis. Just one photo a day. Considering how crazy busy its been so far this 2012, I think I'm actually going insane to even attempt this with the likelihood of failure to equal "very high", but hey, life would be boring if we all sat on the benches and never tried anything right? Besides, I figured it would be nicer to have one photo from me a day (even though it may not be wedding or portrait related), rather than a blog post every 2 months haha :P Right? Right?? I hear echo every time I put a question out to you readers, so please respond!! I love comments and your messages/emails very much!! :D

I've been fighting like there is no tomorrow, against catching this seemingly contagious virus/flu that's been going around and around...and around lately. I thought I had won the battle after 2 or 3 instances where I felt it creeping into my veins. But alas!! Last week it got a hold of me, and boy did it punish me good for trying to escape it so long!! And of course, colds/flus/viruses only like to come and visit when its the MOST busy. Lovely eh? :P 
 
So... this is what my life has been looking like the last week or so. I'm still not better.... brain is in too much of a mush state to edit/do work due to medicine (trust me, asking me to edit while loaded up with pills will have serious consequences on your photos!! haha), so I've resorted to sleeping... ALOT, wasting time on pinterest, twitter, facebook...and more sleeping. I attempted draw something, but I think my medication made me beyond drowsy because, the next thing I knew was waking up the next morning with no recollection of my fingers even making it to the iPad screen to draw anything, let alone something haha :P 
 
Oh and one last note, I've updated the song vault... with a clip of me singing. Yeah... I know... ME. I see eyebrows being raised. Rightly so. But go check it out anyway to make a sick girl happy, HERE :)
